McFly Groom Sings To His Bride

When Tom Fletcher married his long term girlfriend Giovanna Falcone in May last year, he decided to get a little bit creative when it came to delivering his bride groom speech.

The McFly singer changed the words to some of the Brit band’s biggest hits as a way to say thank you to his ushers, best men, family and wife.

Well worth a watch, even if your not a fan of McFly…

When Two Become Onesie

Snubbing a big white frilly dress, Kelly Scott decided to go with something a little more modern – she wore a onesie. She and new husband Stuart decided to shun the traditional big white dress and morning suit when they married at Gretna Green.

And the bride wore… a onesie! The newlyweds decided to make their special day more personal by marrying in their favourite fleece outfits

Mad Proposal

Fox premiered Mobbed an American reality television show with probably the maddest wedding proposal ever.

Hosted by Howie Mandel (the voice of Gizmo from Gremlins), the show puts a hidden-camera spin on the “flash mob” concept. Mandel and hundreds of strangers help special guests plan extraordinary surprises for friends, family members, loved ones or co-workers. This time it was for a man named Justin who wanted to propose to his girlfriend, Nikki.

The show pulled out all the stops. Nikki believes Justin has won a contest to see a movie premiere and go to a special after-party. But many surprises were in store for her, because behind the scenes, the elaborate plans were being practiced and unfolding for the big evening.

It would’ve made awkward viewing if she said ‘No’….
